Welcome to the live (private) preview of CityScener's pro-community portal featuring Lake Isabella as the launch city portal that begins with an artfully-crafted presentation to feature the berry best of the city (and neighborhoods).

Lead by DJ Mouse Shadow, CityScener is a Public Benefit Model that along with promoting positive community values will also be investing into every city, including adding jobs and (event-oriented) spending to provide even more support for a healthy local economy -- an important factor for self-reliance and independence in today's world. The ethos is to act in the best interests of the community, and be a postitive influence in the world.

Unlike the majority of models that use massive data centers, CityScener is being built with an ultra energy-efficient (shared/html/php) system that requires very little resources, databases, or even dedicated server. Over time the model can be decentralized where a city/county can be run from a basic computer, like a Mac Mini!
